Kuboneza urubyaro

UBURYO BW’INSHINGE MU KUBONEZA URUBYARO.

Bumwe mu buryo bwo kuboneza urubyaro bukunzwe cyane mu Rwanda ni urushinge rw’amezi 3 ruzwi nka Depo-Provera( mu ndimi z’amahanga). Uburyo bwo kuboneza urubyaro bukoresha inshinge nabwo ni mu buryo bukoresha imisemburo.

    

  • UKO INSHINGE ZIKORA.

Habaho amako abiri yingenzi y’inshinge zikoreshwa mu kuboneza urubyaro.Hari inshinge zigira imisemburo:

1.Umusemburo  wa PROGESTIN.

Uru rushinge rwamamaye ku izina rya Depo-Provera. Rukaba arirwo rukunzwe gukoreshwa cyane. Rukaba rutanga umusaruro ku rugero rwa 95%.

2. Urushinge rw’imisemburo yombi PROGESTIN na ESTROGEN.

Uru rushinge  ruhagarika gukura kw’igi, rukanahagarika kurekurwa kw’intangangore zivuye mu igi. Rwizewe ku rugero rwa 99.5%

Mu Rwanda urukoreshwa ni izifite umusemburo umwe wa PROGESTIN. Uburyo izi nshinge zifite umusemburo wa PROGESTIN zikora bisa n’uburyo ibinini bifite uyu musemburo bikora. Gusa ikibitandukanya nuko urushinge ahabwa dose nini imara igihe. Uyu musemburo rero mu mubiri ubuza ikorwa n’irekurwa ry’intanga ngore bityo ukabuza gusama. Ikindi kandi uyu musemburo utuma haba impinduka mu rurenda ruba ku nkondo y’umura bigatuma intanga ngabo bitazorohera kwinjira imbere mu gitsina cy’umugore.

  • UKO INSHINGE ZIKORESHWA.
  • Ruterwa ku mubiri w’umuntu hari imikaya. Bakunze kurutera ku kibuno cyangwa se ku kaboko. Iyo umaze kuruterwa ruhita rutangira gukora.
  • Nkuko twabibonye habaho amako menshi yizi nshinge.

Izi ingenzi ni urwa amezi 3 rwitwa Depo-Provera n’urwa amezi 2 rwitwa Xulane. Ku bagore bonsa icyiza ni ukwiteza inshinge nyuma y’ibyumweru 6 nyuma yo kubyara. Iyo wibagiwe kwiteza urushinge rwa amezi 3 ushobora kwiteza urushinge igihe wibukiye. Niyo haba hashize ibyumweru 4 waratinze kwiteza. Iyo wibagiwe  kwiteza urushinge rw’amezi 2 nabwo ushobora kujya kwiteza niyo haba haciyemo ibyumweru 2 waratinze kwiteza.
